The beer garden is a great place for a quiet peaceful drink or meal on the water. Staff are efficient in English and service. I'ts location at Walking street entrance is the best place to start from before you hit the 'walking street' chaos.
To reach the beer garden you have to walk through the street facing bars to the back of the building (follow the water)

Unseasonally late rain -- we had three massive thunderstorms in just one afternoon -- meant heat and high humidity were something we had to cope with during our stay in Pattaya.
So it was with some relief that we explored Pattaya Beer Garden and found that its pier position with dining areas 100 metres out to sea meant cooling breezes were also on the menu.
Staff were smiling and attentive, we ate there half a dozen times at lunchtime and at night and on some days it really was a lifesaver to be able to relax outside in relatively cool conditions without freezing air conditioning.
There were ceiling fans, but the outside tables received a constant cooling breeze and helped us enjoy our food or a beer without broiling.
Among dishes we tried were Thai shrimp omelettes, various sandwiches, pad thai, beef and pork while we loved the fruit juices and smoothies.
Prices were very cheap for everything and food and beers together never came to more than 700 baht (£14).
It's other benefit was that you could have a beer or a bite to eat and then just stroll out and straight down Walking Street which was barely 30 metres away.

We ate breakfast here several times and it was very good. The service was slow, but we had come to expect that from Thailand, and the veiws of the bay were excellent.

Just a great place to meet your friends and have a few quiet beers and some food before a big night out, or during the day to discuss the night before! The location of the Pattaya Beer Garden is terrific, and during certain times of year it captures some very nice cooling breezes coming off the bay. Their Thai food is above-average in standard (according to locals), and the prices are reasonable. Their Western food is also pretty good, with the exception of their pizzas (avoid). At busy times, there are some delays in food arriving from the kitchen; it can be a bit unpredictable. The service-staff are very hard working and friendly. And I might be the only customer that enjoys the 1980s music that they occasionally play! I love this place.
