I stayed here with my boyfriend for 2 nights in one of the M rooms with a balcony. The service was good and the location is quiet.

You can hop on for a the local 'bus' for 20-30B per person to city, but it would be a bit hard to find one back if heading back from late night.

The beach wasn't very clean so we didn't spend much time there but so far as a hotel, it wasn't a bad choice.

The hotel is very good in term of design, Industrialize with minimalism. We went for XL. Interior design is good and workable. The problems were on environment around and services. The service was subjected to individual. The waitress was good, tried a lot for problem solving. The front receptionists and house keepers need to be improved.
There is a mini mart downstair. So it 's very convenience. Again that can be a nightmare as well.In the night it is a gathering place for racing cars, gangters and loud noise disco mobile from their cars and trucks. Some kind from Fast series movies.
The drain is very smelly. We barely opened our windows to balcony. So we really wasted our big and nice balcony because of the drain. The smell was there for whole day.
The hotel restaurant was not recommended.Seem there were no many people order food there. It was very slow due to sharing resource among 3 hotel chains with the same owner. Some dishes we ordered the meat already rotten. This was the big deal.
Over all here is a place for just tug in.Lock yourself in the room together. If you do not need any fresh air outside this would be fine. You can go out to busy Pattaya. The location is very convenience. There are mini trucks running whole day long. So you can hop on and go along the beach. Please remember the fare is only 10BTH. Do not pay for more than that.

The location is perfect if you not there to party in Pattaya. The hotel was new. Really liked the style! Everything is in polished concrete.

The bed was not good. Felt like a mattress topper was missing.

Its NO noice around the hotel in the evening. Its straight on the beach. The bar in front of the hotel was nice. Very nice and friendly staff. And good drinks. You will love the sunset.

Room Tip: Upgrade! Not much extra! We liked the M-rooms.

This hotel is middle of Jomtien Beach which is much quieter than Pattaya Beach (if you would like, refer to my review on Jomtien Beach). Quiet is only in relative term as it is still very convenient with a seven eleven store right at the front which sells beer, snacks and toiletry stuff, and many foreign exchange places dotted along the beach front street, plus many restaurants and your usual Thai massage joints. Central Pattaya is only a B10 tuk tuk away up the road, and NaJomtien Beach which is much quieter and cleaner is 5 minutes down the road on tuk tuk.

The only down side was that the waste water drains were on that part of the street and it often smelt badly when we walked pass. Hopefully we were just unlucky and it is not a permanent feature.

We had a M side room on the third floor. The only rooms on our floor that had front on beach view were the XL rooms. Others have side beach view facing north (Pattaya direction) or south. We were lucky to have a south facing room as there was a big old advertising board on the north side of the hotel that probably blocks the view for rooms on that side.

As per other reviews - there is little privacy when it comes to the toilet as the door does not go all the way to the top and is made of semi see-through glass. Personally no matter how long I’m with a partner, I wouldn’t want him to hear and see everything!

The shower in our room had a habit of surprising us with very hot water for 5 seconds every minute or so. We stayed 6 nights and by the third we sort of got used to it..

Slippery floor especially in the foyer near the lift.

Staff were friendly. We had more greetings from the cleaning staff than front desk.

Breakfast is ok, not very exciting but plentiful. It adds USD18 (for two) to the bill if not included with your room booking. You could wonder down the street to get something cheaper and more local.

There are night stands on the street in front of the hotel selling fresh fruit, fake handbags etc. There’s lady makes papaya salad fresh in front of you. Definitely worth trying.

Looks like a prison with its "innovative" bare concrete. Floors are VERY slippery, room layout idiotic. Housekeeping NEVER cleaned the shower or balcony. TV signal sketchy at best. Front desk staff minimally helpful, bar staff even less useful. The hotel is very far from everything you may want to do. Avoid it!
