I tried the indian food and have to say it was quite good. i ordered some additionnal indian bread, had one drink (one drink one set and additionnal bread). The bill was nearly 400 baths (more than 10 euros). In Pattaya for that price, you get much better.

In this mall there are great restaurants, nice shops, and ripleys believe it or not. It's great fun for anyone. We ate at the food wave restaurant at first, the food was good, and the ambience was great. After that we went to ripleys believe it or not and it was loads of fun. I recommend all of you especially with kids to go over here for a few hours during your trip to pattaya!

This is a relatively small shopping mall, but it is packed with small shops and restaurants. There is a new food court on the top floor that is worth a visit. You don't need to worry about reading Thai menus--you just point to the examples of food they have laid out. The owners of Royal Garden Plaza have really spent a lot of money renovating it compared to when it was first built years back. Make sure you go and visit all the attractions such as Ripley's Believe It Or Not, a wax museum that is really well done, a fun maze where you have to wear socks over your shoes, a haunted house that might be a bit too scary for sensitive kids, but you can skip the 4D cinema that runs only seven minute long movies. I found that the movements of the chairs did not match the movement on the screen so it did not seem real. If you work in Thailand, show your work permit to get the Thai price. Buy all the tickets and you will save money instead of buying only some of them. Beware of the "ghosts" who will pop out of the crates near the haunted house or try to use a plastic chainsaw to attack you when you walk out of the second floor balcony. Also beware of the high prices to buy the photos of you being scared in the darkness of the house. Thankfully, the photos in the wax museum are cheaper and you can walk away with a nice key chain or coffee cup memory. You can also take a wax impression of your hand, but I cannot see it being able to survive the journey home in a suitcase.

At the top floor of Royal Garden Plaza Pattaya you can find "Food Wave" which offers international food court with a decked balcony merged in the sea view of Pattaya.
At first glance this food court looks promising, as the food mockups on each kitchen looks great.
At the entrance you get a charging card, then you choose a dish and go take a seat, where they will reach you in few minutes to serve.
The food is not made on spot - they warm pre-preperred dishes!! but charge you as freshly made ones.
Be warned, as it is not recommended to consume heated food where no in home, and it usualy arrive not so warm.
Also, they don't alway serve you with what exactly you have chosen, may be relying that a person forgets the details. My wife got completly differnet dish, and that kithcen attendant said it is what it is, although looks completly different (look and ingrideints!), so I called the manager to show my aggravation and notice the cheat. she agreed and creditted the amount of that dish, which my wife rfuse to touch (and was cold).
You can go for a coffee if you want to enjoy the view, it's probably the only thing which is made on spot.
