Having eaten at Greg's old place we though we would try the new one on Drinking Street. Greg met us and showed us to a table. He is a very welcoming and pleasant guy.
We ordered mains only of Steak & Kidney pie and chips, shepherds pie, ham & mushroom quiche & chips and liver bacon and onions.
The food arrived fairly quickly and Greg admonished the chef for not serving us all at the same time. Pie and quiche were staple cafe foood, the shepherds pie would be better described as mince and tatties, liver bacon and onions quite good. It's difficult to get decent mashed potatoes in Thailand and this was no exception. They were of a very strange taste and a bit "plasticy".
All in all nothing particularly bad or good.
