“Very Soggy poor taste”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 13, 2012

Ordered large thin crust with extra cheese mushrooms ham for delivery, when it arrive it had sliced tomatoes on it an can only be described as a slimy mess, you could not even pick a slice up without the watery topping dripping all over your hands. I expect thin crust to be crispy !

Mushrooms could of been rubber
Sliced tomatoes?? with all the water in them??
Extra cheese I could not taste any :(

Best Pizza in Pattaya ....... you must be joking

Very dissappointed and @ 700 bht (£14) pricey too

“NY Pizza house pattaya”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 29, 2012

its the best Pizza in Pattaya without exception. They do try hard to make things right even though an order may not be always 100%.... but you're in a foreign country so litten up with its got to be perfect always- good idea to always point to the menu as you order but the girls takin the order are very good, esspecially the older one thats been there a while. Owners best idea was to have the kitchen behind glass and open for viewing and really the only way to be sure whats happening back there. The food is great and make sure to try the sandwiches too.

“Great pizza But disgusting cook.”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 27, 2012

I was looking forward to coming here as I watched a two youtube videos about the restaurant. The only pizza around here is the pizza company. (which is very good). I watched in horror as the cook used his BARE hands to make our pizza. COME ON DUDE WEAR SOME GLOVES! Well. You can guess what was on his hands prior to cooking but I didn't need to guess. He had hair FUNK all over his hands. I watched him put our toppings on our pizza then run his greasy fingers through his hair TWICE and NOT wash his hands. I nearly walked out of there without our take away. I know this is Thailand but the owner should seriously consider teaching his employees to wash their hands ALL the time and USE some fuking cheap gloves EVERY time they make a pizza. Have some standards dude. The pizza was delicious. Though very hard to eat more than one bite as I was disgusted. Ordered some wings which I could taste the freezer burn. Not fresh chicken in Thailand? Ordered Italian sausage sub but they gave me a meatball bomber. The meatball sub tasted pretty good. The bread on the bomber tasted fresh. I would rate this restaurant a 3 or 4 if the hygiene wasn't a factor.

Thank you for your time on the comment. We are appreciated your concern about the hygiene. We absolutely take hygiene issue as our priority.
Our pizza style is hand tossed pizza, as demonstrated in the youtube as you have seen prior to your visit. And we have open cook area where the customers can see how we cook.
New York Pizza House is striving on customers' satisfaction, your comment is appreciated.

“Overpriced ,tastless, soggy pizza”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 16, 2012

Tried first time upon reccommendation of friend .Our Bill came to 600 and something baht!!! We were short 15 baht , rather than please the customer staff prefferred to cost the owner over 150baht for next size down. Tastless, the pepporoni they use must be some very cheap brand no taste as with the cheese soggy waste of money we ordered the thin and you could wring the oil from it.Can get 2 at pizza hut for less than we paid and the higher end wood fired at Hoff restaurant is cheaper and way better quality.. The shop is nice clean though .Garlic bread is a hot dog bun not fresh cut in half and not even toasted properly. Was interesting to see the staff using the floor mop to clean the inside of the hot oven each time a new pizza was put in.Not impressed at all sad example of a New York style.I am sorry to say we won,t be trying this again. There is way better out there if your in the know ...cheaper too.

We have to apologize for your experience. As I would like to explain, all our main ingredients at New York Pizza House came directly from USA, we do also have another restaurant in upstate New York established over 30 years.
Sanitation, service, and quality of the food are our main concern. Our oven mop is designated for that purpose and it never uses for the floor, all the staff are aware of that. Many pizzerias in the USA use the oven mop to clean the oven deck and if you have any questions about our procedures, please do not hesitate to ask us.
Thank you for trying our pizza.
