“Special Museum for history lovers”
Reviewed October 19, 2013

We wanted to visit this museum as soon as I read that they had Terracotta Warriors there. We spent about 2-3 hours here with our friend and driver Veron who lives in Pattaya. I was amazed at all the statues and the stories they tell. For me the best was seeing the terracotta warriors even if there is only a few, but then dont forget to go upstairs to see the art rooms and then upstairs again to read the story of the birth of buddha. A side room from the museum shop was interesting with information about the King and Queen of Thailand and furniture used by them for official visits. This was such an interesting museum and well worth the 50 baht to visit. We also purchased a book about the exhibits as well as some good luck souvenirs.

Reviewed October 12, 2013

situated at the heart of a very nice jungle near pattaya with astonishing architecture full of Buddha and Chinese statues in a beautiful temple.go there by taxi or motorcycle and spend at least 2 - 3 hours there and take photos. there is a entrance fee for about 50 baht per adult.
also the Buddha mountain is near so after visiting the temple you can go there.

“An amazing museum”
Reviewed September 3, 2013

This is place strictly for people who lovely history and art buffs. The Viharnra Sien is one of the best museums that I have ever seen in terms of size, the items on display, the sheer decorative and the beauty of the Buddha hill in the background. This a comprehensive collection of Thailand and Chinese art and historical monuments. We were lost in the museum and spent more than 3 hours exploring all the corners of the museum. It was a truly enriching experience and might we recommend that the souvenir shop be visited for memories :)

“Looks Exquisite - should not miss”
Reviewed August 26, 2013

We reached Viharnra Sien at about 6 Pm and found it closed. The place around it looked exquisite and it was really a dampener that we could not go inside.

Took some pics from outside and I will make sure that I am on time and certainly not miss it on my next visit.
