“Nice lovely experience”
Reviewed January 5, 2014

Nice and clean place. The one is Bangkok is a natural one and much larger but quite far as well. So if you have less time in Bangkok this one in Pattaya is easy to reach and still gives you the feel of what a floating market is (even if its man made). Lots of shops to get around and buy goodies. Prices are reasonable and bargaining is a good idea. Try the food and snack items in all the little lanes - many vegetarian options available as well.

“it's good for shop and eat”
Reviewed December 27, 2013

mango sticky rice in here more tasty, and other food really delicious.
shop for accessories, t-shirt, or anything unique in here really good, but it's a little bit pricey. but you maybe can't find any stuffs from here in Bangkok. so if you come to visit this place, I suggest to buy anything from here, or you will regret like I did :(

there was also taekenoi shop at the entrance, so you can bought for gift.

don't take a tour by boat, unless your tickets include with it. the water is dirty, and you will get confuse when you drop from the boat. just take a walk.
bathroom doesn't provide any TISSUE, so prepare with it and you should hold your breath because it was stink. ewwwhhhh!!

“Terribly expensive ticket”
Reviewed December 26, 2013

600baht for entrance ticket only and another 600baht to ride on the boat, but only 200 all for local people. It's totally ridiculous when you buy it at place. Better have the local driver or local tour to buy it for you. It's only a market with brown river.

“Tourist rip off. Literally”
Reviewed December 20, 2013 via mobile

Signs at the front clearly state that Thais are free but any other vermin must pay. Sort of like inviting someone to a wedding then asking them to pay for food and drink. A mess of shops around dirty water with masses of Thais taking endless photos.
Avoid.
