What a bad example for cleanliness and friendly staff!
Rooms are dirty, special the bathrooms. Bed an bed sheds stinks and not even during complaint it was changed!
Restaurant. Food good but surrounding! Bottles and other crab for dust catching! Poor!
Nice size rooms. Could be a great 3 star hotel with the right management.

I have stayed at this resort for the past four years. It is so good that as soon as I arrive K book for next year the resort is devided
to three accommodations, Diana hotel, the most expensive, Diana Homes middle ranges and Diana lodge the budget accommodation, which ever you choose they are serviced with restaurant, swimming pool Jacuzzi, golf driving range, launderette facilities and clean water facilities there is a free bus service into town every other hour.of all the hotels in Pattaya none offer the friendly service, cheap first class accommodation and the same friendly faces every year

Room Tip: The last three categories should read very good but computer problems read otherwise.,Having stayed...

Stayed for one month at this venue at the Diana home. There id the main hotel, the Diana lodge and the Diana home.
The home is fully refirbished so the rooms are very clean and come with a nice shower area the room is serviced twice a week and a 200 baht tip £4 a week will bring you as much water and towels as you need. I looked at the rooms in the Diana lodge which were more basic and did not have ac but were cheaper. Must go to the Corner Bar / Resteraunt. From the hotel reception turn right and follow your nose to the junction at the end of this road on your right is the Corner Bar.
Its Thailands equivilant to Fawlty Towers!!
Run by mad Englishman Raymond and his Thai Tiger wife Bee.
You could not ask for a more accomadating couple. So helpful it made my holiday
Food is fabulous amd cheap.
Some mad English gent showed Ray and Bee how to make English Sausages the chaos that ensued is ledgendary.
A lovely team and family and i would pay the airfare alone. for the experiance.
Dont go to the hotel without going to Ray Bees Corner Bar.
You may see me in the Rouges Gallery in the window of the shop.
All the best.

I stayed here for 2 weeks, courtesy of a friend who rents one of the rooms in what they call the 'Home'.
Keys handed over and checked into room was very smooth.
The room was small and the furniture was slightly jaded but was clean and had a small balcony.
You could wash you own clothes just outside for 30-40 Baht (only 10 Baht coins accepted) in the machines to the right of the entrance gate.
Location was quiet and the pool was OK although hardly used during my stay. Golf driving range just past the pool and they also run a free bus (small truck) into Soi Buakhao (downtown'ish with many bars and restaurants) every other hour and back between 8am and 11pm.
Baht buses run from Pattaya North Road (150 mtr walk) all the way to and along Beach Road. (10 Baht each is the fare)

I had the misfortune to stay in this hotel last night. First there was no staff at reception, and no staff anywhere to be seen. Finally managed to find someone to check in, not a great start and very unfriendly and no apology. Grabbed the money and I was shown to a room. At first glance the room was well overdue renovation, however things got worse, the shower was difficult to get wet under, and the little water that did come out did not drain away, the toilet was constantly running water, the aircon was noisy, and the bed uncomfortable. Breakfast was the sort of thing that one would expect 10 years ago, coffee and tea on warmers, putrid ham and thai sausage floating in hot water. I am embarrassed to think that as a company we had put staff in this hotel and I had signed off their invoices. Never again! It wasn't even worth 600 Baht let alone 1,050 Baht. Shame on you.

Room Tip: Don't stay here, period!

I entered pattaya begining of dec and had booked into a hotel i"d 1st seen 24yrs ago. based on 2nd road i was so suprised to be put in 1 of their other places up road toward soi buchao. hell greeted me. I"m now used to travelling on my own and feel safe but this place, staff unfreindly to the point ofrudeness. I was here for 2 mths and depression was creeping close. finally they offered this other place and when they said 6,500bht month i was dumbstruck. said is it dirty, a shack. No, it was heaven. booked and back again this yr for the whole 2 months. Theres a shuttle bht taxi from 8am til11pm. sufficient for me. beautiful with full range of rooms and teak houses etc.Staff great. Not the best at English but thats Thailand now I think. Influence of the young crowd of "farang".The boss lady lives in penthouse on roof of main hotel but o pressure on guests at all. Also gated but not insecure/bothered by any means. I feel perfectly safe even walking down to local 7-11.They do many things, we had korean cookery & others.Named after our future Kings mother Diana, its quirky roomy & friendlyits just off the north rd which is about 5mins away and the other way takes u down the rd beside wat was carreforr.Lovely peope and because they seem to be paid a bit more than other places, hav a history of how long they"ve been there. Ireally looking forward to it. if i want shopping theres the new central mall, even carry waitrose. I live on thai food but thats only place in Thailand that I know sells brazils! Mainly german, swiss, couple of russians and of course British. They seem to live there. Give it a go

Room Tip: as i said, lots of different types of room. I like garden house rooms. Lowest charge but last buildi...
