This hotel is reasonably priced compared to some of the hotels along beach road. It is in a good location, far away enough from the chaos of walking street end, but just a short taxi ride away or a 20 min walk along the beach front.
The hotel is clean and the maids were in everyday to change sheets and towels etc.
Due to the hotel being the lower end of the price scale this does attract a certain kind of clientele, on our last night we had to get up early to get our flight so we had an early night. However we were unable to sleep because the hotel walls are paper thin and we had a family just arrive on our floor that were letting their kids run up and down the corridor and scream and shout. We called reception but the guy on reception couldn't speak English so he had no idea what we were saying.
The lack of English skills also applies to most of the staff at the hotel. The food is cheap but isn't very good, and I was ill quite a lot of mornings after breakfast.
If you are on a budget then this hotel is ok. Around £25 per night. But if you want a bit of luxury, like towels that actually dry you, a bathroom that doesn't flood and staff that are helpful then I would spend a bit more money and go elsewhere.,
