this would be the worst hotel we have ever stayed in!!!!!!! we arrived and there was'nt a bell boy and we were told to bring our own luggage in, we are both in our 70s, a security man eventually took it in for us. We got to our room which was vert nice but the smell in the bathroomm was awful, we had to go to the 7/11 to get a spray. Next morning was awful, with 8 coach loads of Chinese all at breakfast, the tables were filthy and we had to clear our own table, the food was awful, no choice of eggs , cold fried eggs only. One guest was arguing in the hallway in his underwear over the price being charged by a prostitute!!!!!!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in September. The room was big enough, clean with modern decor and a comfortable bed. Nice and clean sheets and pillows.
The hotel staff were efficient, and very friendly they are very kind. water in the sink is very weak , but hot water and good pressure in the shower.
The hotel is very clean and good.
Nice accommodation

We stayed here in Jan 2009. There were a group of 10 of us. We all had extremely nice rooms. We had an adjoing room to our kids and this only ended up costing about 50 aussie dollars each room per night. The rooms were virtually brand new....lovely beds and bedding. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. But that wont b likely, coz i hated Pattaya! Definately not a family destination.

Overall a solid 4 star hotel. Recommend and will stay again.

We stayed at this hotel after choosing Pattaya for our holiday as the website looked pretty good and other reviews on other sites gave this hotel the thumbs up for a family holiday.I booked direct and we booked the deluxe rooms at 1200baht per night and straightaway they came back to confirm and asked us for our request's as I had stated we were taking 3 children. On arrival we was greeted with the typical Thai smile and given a very cool drink whilst our rooms were chosen and then we were led to our rooms and I have to say we were not just happy we were delighted with the quality and standard of everything from the very big comfy beds to the bathroom.

During our 5 days nothing was too much trouble for the hotel staff and that includes the pool boy tro the cleaners everyone and I mean everyone made our group feel very welcom and I would say that anyone going to Pattaya should stay here if they are a family group. The location was about 10 minutes away from the famous bar area of Walking Street and the best bar was called Sweethearts just across the road which was run by Colin and Ron from WestHam and with it not being a girl bar you felt like you were in your local and the food was fantastic with both Thai and British menu.

I cannot fault this hotel and again would say to anyone going to Pattaya to give this hotel a try.It may not be the cheapest in the area but in Pattaya you do get what you pay for so if you are after bringing back your lady friend don't bother with this hotel as they don't allow it as they want this to be a family hotel and from what I saw they were doing very well with family groups.I will stay again and I hope that it won't be long before I go back.
