We arrived about 8pm and the little eatery was busy so we needed to wait but no-one really paid attention to us and no drinks were offerd. after 20 minutes we received a table and it was not a comfortable setting. The tables are samll and way to close to each other and the room is noisy. It really does not at all feel like a "steak house"... more like a "countrystle coffee shop Ina. Shophouse"! Sorry, but not our expectations we had from a real steak-house and the way it is advertised. Then there is the food...! Again we can only say that the overall experience was poor! Firmly it took a long time to place the order and then it took 30 minutes for the appetizers (Soup and Salmon) and another 25 minutes for the main courses (steaks). The cream soup was tasteless and full of starch and the smoked salmon was ok but a little salty and we ate much better for much less at other eateries. The steaks where of two kind...the sirloin was poor with flexes for the better part and chewy fat ends which were uneatable! The tenderloin was ok but nothing special. The sauces were terrible and certainly not made fresh from scratch but from powder!!!??? I love mash potatoes and the one I had was not food at all...I would suggest they not use fresh potatoes but again a powder product! So... In any case we always wanted to try the Beefeater and so we did...will we be back? Most likely not as ther are many other steak-houses in Pattaya with much better steaks and and and... Cheers
