So nice beach and not much people like Chaweng Beach. Good restaurant is stand on the down town of Lamai like Sala Thai and here Jet Ski is cheaper than Chaweng beach and safer than Chaweng beach if you need to do this activity and lloking for great beach for family this is where are you looking for ....^^

It was a great place last year. Now there is new management. Avoid this place. You can't even get decent coffee and the pastries are like cardboard. Even the old friendly staff have all quit. Too bad.

I wish i could always stay on this beach forever. Its far from the crowded Chewang beach and very close to Hin Ta Hin Yai.

Its a very quite, calm and clean beach away from the city noise and all. If you are on a relaxing vacation far from your daily routine, this is it. Its made for you.

There are very good food joints on this beach as well. Its a heavenly place for a photographer and a bless to capture this beach in his camera.

I am in love with Lamai Beach, Koh Samui. Will surely return here one day.

Waht a mad place. The streets are narrow and the traffic chaos massive. How nobody hits anybody else I'd love to know. It's worth going to sit in one of the roadsde bars and just enjoy how peolpe get out of tricky situations on their overloaded bikes or overly large cars! The shops and markets are what you'd expect of a place relying on tourism for it's livelihood. Off the main drag it quickly looks very run down. There's plenty of restaurants where you can eat very good food at ridiculously low prices. The beach is large and clean but was very busy. We're gald we didn't stay there.

If you want to see the real Thai boxing, you must go to Lamai on a Saturday night at 10.30. Get there early to get a seat. Great fun
