We went into Nathon one day for a change from our expensive hotel food at The Four Seasons when we spotted Max Murphy's. We went in for a quick drink coz we'd just ate Thai food in the place opposite. After glancing at the menu I knew I needed to return for a change of food after 2 weeks already in Asia. We returned for lunch the next day. I wasn't expecting anything great, just wanted something homely. We ordered the beef burger with fat chips and the chicken baguette with fat chips. This food was bloody fantastic! Even in pubs in the UK it's hard to find such a perfect chip. It wasn't overly price either considering the quality. We will be going back soon to try something different. I didn't see any vinegar, but I'm sure they must have it coz they serve fish and chips with peas. Maybe I'll eat that next.
