“First time I have felt pitty for fish”
Reviewed August 8, 2009

This place could be nice if; they had decent size fish tanks, the tigers could actually turn around in their cages, the monkeys were not kept in tiny cages etc etc

Avoid

“Dirty dark and smelly”
Reviewed April 17, 2009

On the brochures it looks great but once you are there you learn how not to keep an aquarium.
Few fish in dark aquariums, dirty and smelly.
The tiger area is small and animals look bad.
The show is published at 1300 but whan you get there they tell you it is at 1400. We did not even wait to see it after such a sad palce.

“So Cruel!!! Don't go!!”
Reviewed March 22, 2009

I cried my eyes out seeing the poor mother and baby elephant chained up all day with no exercise and the poor tigers in tiny cages. What a horrible cruel place.

“Do not go here”
Reviewed March 29, 2008

This place was horrible and left our group feeling really down about what we saw. The animals were all kept in tiny cages and all looked very distressed. The aquariums were also in general way too small for the amount and size of the marine life in them. Given the terrible conditions that the animals were all in we did not even stay for the tiger show in fear of what would be in it.

I hope this place either dramatically improves soon or closes down

“Don't Go...”
Reviewed January 29, 2008

If you love or even like animals, then you shouldn't go here. I feel terrible for going and wish I'd have read the reviews on here first!

The tigers are kept in horrible conditions and the 'big cat show' nearly had me in tears. It was very 'circus' style affair with hoops of fire, an agressive trainer and scared animals. It made me wonder how abusive you had to be to make such a big cat so scared of you...

The fish were in dirty cramped tanks. The poor little otters looked distressed and were making sad noises when people posed for photos.

The parrots and birds didn't seem to be too distressed, but they were about the only ones. Even the girls that took part in the show looked unhappy and frightened of the main tiger trainer.

I come away feeling totally depressed and guilty for paying the entry fee. Therefore, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

AVOID.
