This is a so called excuse for a waterfall, and even though I am a huge photography buff, I didn't click even a single picture so you can imagine what this was like. The waterfall is a trickle and a heavily flowing nullah (or drain) in India can put this to shame. Don't take the trouble at all!

Situated where you can ride an elephant for 700 baht, loads of tourist trash shops as you walk up to the waterfall. There was some water but it wasn't too gushy. In order to see it you have to negotiate a very difficult rocky descent so flip flops are lethal. Otherwise, nice photo opportunity.

This waterfall is situated near a number of attractions - elephant trekking, 4wd, Atv and water slides. The waterfall itself is lacklustre and the walk up there can be quite challenging especially in the heat. Waterfall is free but other atteactions have a fee. If you're going there for a swim perhaps head for the beach instead. Also lots of rubbish around the place.

A note about the elephants, I suggest not to go trekking as the elephants looked distressed and were tied up. A mother and baby elephant were tied together. I walked up to pay the elephant and the mahout wanted money for a photo.

All in all I would avoid this place.

It is not a great waterfall and the time taken to travel and back can be better utilized elsewhere, such as relaxing on one of the many lovely beaches on the island. Definitely avoid

Please do not do the elephant trek!!! Today we saw a young elephant chained up. The chain was so short the poor thing could hardly move. It was clearly distressed swaying its head up and down continuously, which is a textbook case of boredom and loneliness. Unfortunately I am pretty sure that this beautiful young elephant is chained up all day for the entertainment of tourists.
Please do not give your money to this cruel company, 'jungle trekking'. When I complained I was told that 'I didn't understand', well I think it is up to the tourists to show them that we do understand what animal cruelty is and we won't spend our money supporting it.
