We went here two days in a row. first day we swan at the bottom as we only had 30 mins and the second dya we went to the top. when we got half way a local man took us to the top as its a bit tricky. if there is noone there u need to cross the waterfall when u can and there are ropes that you follow. Its a steep climb so the ropes are good to pull yourself up on. it took about 20 mins to the top and then we swam there as well. there is a rope in the middle of the small waterfall that you can grab and pull your self behind the waterfal which is fun. the man took us to some view points which was realyl good because we wouldnt have seen them otherwise but he wanted us to pay him 300 baht. we paid him as we were pretty impressed with what we got to see and do. he was really helpful as well taking photos and showing us the ropes and where to jump in, he even carried our bags!
