What an unpleasant experience and would advise to stay well clear of this restaurant. We arrived as a party of 8 (4 adults and 4 children) we specifically asked the cost for food for the children and was told it would be 150bt per child and we asked again when we ordered to which they re-confirmed the price. When the bill arrived they charged us full adult prices for the children's meal, we asked to see the manager and a man turned up, to which we explained the situation, he claimed that the waitress did not speak good English, to which we refused to accept this as her English was perfect. We then had another larger man attend, who spoke only Thai who traded off conversations with each other, which resulted in them saying that we had to pay in full. The lack of customer care was astonishingly poor and the failure to recognise that if they had shown a better understanding than we would have visited this restaurant more during our stay. The manner in which we were treated was poor and it was not simply about the money that we were being overcharged, as it was about the principle. They say a poor experience will be shared by a minimum of 7 to 10 people I hope that this warns many more in not being ripped off in the future or until this establishment can provide a better form of staff training to ensure they are not damaging future custom or reputation.
