This restaurant was advertised in our hotel. It looked beautiful, classy and the food sounded fabulous all overlooking the sea. Our hotel arranged a courtesy bus to take us and when we got there it didn't take us long to realise that actually the images we had seen was based on photographs taken 10 years ago. Disappointed with the venue we ordered our food. Open kitchens in restaurants are usually hi spec, commercial, stainless steel showpieces. This looked old, tired and not particularly the type of kitchen you want diners to see. There were more staff than diners and although very nice, again they looked scruffy. Obviously standards are very low and seems as though no maintenance or effort has been put into this restaurant to keep customers coming back.
When the food arrived, it was ok not great but ok. One of has a steak sandwich and when it arrived it was cheap white bread, small sandwich with a few frozen chips on the side. We had salmon steak with potatoes and grilled vegetables. When it arrived, the potatoes were chips and the grilled vegetables was salad - not what we asked for. We ate and left very disappointed! Oh and the beautiful sea view? Well as it was dark, nothing was lit up and we couldn't see anything :/
