Apparently under new management, our New Year's Eve dinner was a shambles. The food was decent, but it took so long to arrive (I'm talking 1 hr for starters and 2.5hrs for mains), that it may have tainted our view. The manager was no where to be seen, no apology from him and no compensation in the slightest.
