Review of Sanae’ Hotel
5.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed Mar 8, 2019
We stayed at Sanae hotel for 3 nights. 2 rooms. (one room was king bed and another room was double beds)
The staff is very warm welcome and always have a big smile for you especially Nong Mam from receptionist and one of bell boy, I forgot to ask his name. He always there morning and night and greeting us all day long.

The room was huge and feel comfortable to stay with 3 people. Room was excellent and clean. Prefect location, you can walk on foot to anywhere in Nimman Road.

My only complaint was the bath towels are ripped and they are so old and worn.
Overall I like the hotel and I would stay here again.

The best hotel in Chiang Mai! The room was big, clean and quiet. The best bed in Chiang Mai - very comfortable. Breakfast nice and fresh. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We highly recommended!

Stayed here with a couple of friends in separate rooms, and we were all happy with the choice. Location is brilliant for exploring the back streets of the Nimman area which are packed with restaurants, bars, coffee shops, massage parlours. And with tuk-tuks (or even better, Grab), it's only a fifteen minute hop into the old city area.

Its a modern hotel, well designed, and the Executive Rooms we had were good value for money -- large, separate living room, kitchen area and washing machine, very clean, comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Staff were efficient. Breakfast very good indeed (but if the deal you are offered excludes breakfast there are also a myriad of good breakfast choices nearby). Enjoyed the whole experience, but only a one night stay. One of our group decided to stay again for 3 days a week later given how convenient and efficient the whole thing was.

Room tip: Executive Rooms are super size, great quality

Room is huge in size, very clean, breakfast with lots of choices, big portion and good food. Very convenient, easy to get access to 7-11 and supermarket, lots of restaurants nearby, only few minutes walk to Maya Mall as well. One of the thing that can be improved is the shower, not strong enough.

Stayed with them for 2 nights. Big room with separate living/dining area and bedroom. Located within walking distance to the main Ninman area. It's a comfortable hotel. Pity it's directly on plane flight paths, thus noisy in the day till midnight. Not suitable for light sleeper. The room rates weren't cheap in comparison to other 3 stars hotel, it's made up by the size of the room. Would recommend the hotel if you don't mind the aircraft noise.
