What a nice surprise, very good food and wonderful service , tried 7 different dishes and they were all excellent, We really liked seafood green curry spaghetti, the dessert was amazing, whether you sit inside or out this is a great find in Chaing mai.

We were just after a quick snack and spotted this little place on the river bank opposite our hotel (Riverside House B &B - fantastic place) and decided to pop in. As we were only after a snack we chose from their quick eats (or some name like that).

Well for 200baht we had a Thai dish each with rice, beautifully presented and two cans of the local beer Chang. Fantastic value, no wonder it is full of locals.

Nearly forgot we sat right next to the river in the shade with a gentle breeze blowing, perfect for a quick, cheap lunch. There is also an air conditioned inside area if you are really suffering from the heat.

Rather than have a pudding here we chose to pop across the road to our favourite local supermarket for a local ice cream for 15 baht each.

This is a lovely restaurant right on the river with nice atmosphere and great food. Their Thai nd western dishes are all delicious. The staff are polite and attentive. It's a good place for photos of the near by Iron Bridge (Khua Lek) in the evening. We often eat here before our night photography workshops.

This is the place to chillax either alone or with friends. Come here before sundown when you can, would recommend at 4-6 pm. View is super. Food is a soso but its the atmosphere and ice cold beer that you go for.

Mu give a 4 star review due to
1. No car park - that road is normally busy and difficult to find car park
2. I went at 7pm and there was no more soft drink rather than water and coke, the said the bar(who could make smoothies and shake)was closed.

Will I go back?
Probably, yes but a bit earlier just to see if the bar is opened next time.
