This hotel is very accesible to the whole chiang mai town. Alot bars, restaurant & nearby nite market as you walk behind the hotel. Breakfast provided & beautiful cafe. There is mini swimming pool for sunbathing...love it.

We booked this hotel on a last minute call and did not expect much. Which is why we were quite surprised when we arrived.

The interior is quite modern and big with flatscreen and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was also very lovely with a choice of three different set menues. Good bread and yummy coffee!

Check in was easy enough and check out even easier even though we checked out a bit later. That seemed of no problem at all.

A small pool that can be used which seemed also very decent. Toiletries and good Wifi is also provided.

Only downside is that as the hotel seems to be quite new, seemingly building dirt was left behind.

However, the bed and bathroom seem very clean and it was a pleasure staying in this budget hotel as although the room standards are very high, the room price was not.

We arrived early evening ,alarm bells started ringing as the mini bus driver negotiated some narrow lanes and what appeared to be the back of nowhere .Is this it .I asked as we pulled up outside a small hotel with a few scooters badly parked . We succeeded in finding someone to take our cases and voila what a welcome, staff difficult to know who was who had us installed in 2 adjoining rooms with front view,in the usual Thai welcome,
Time to get out and see the night life,we strayed back down the dark lane to be overly surprised to find less than 100 meters the Loi Khro Road, amazing.
The rooms were spacious, clean and and excellent room service with a decent lift in full working order. The breakfast was more than adequate with table service and none of this hopping up and down self service.
This could be described as a back packer hotel, however I loved every minute of my stay, the staff/owners always had a smile and a joke for us.
The price well we thought, we had only paid for one room, this wasn't good value it was exceptional
This Hotel features on my list of treasures and I can highly recommend it for anyone looking for good basic accommodation.

Room Tip: Book on line and don't be afraid to ask to view room first.

Well priced, pool good to cool down, big room, nice breakfast choice and on 2 out of 3 days served very quickly. Final day (when we had a plane to catch) took about 30 minutes to get food after we complained about how others were getting served before us. They also lied about having no fruit when people ordering after us got fruit! Free water each day in fridge.

Taxi driver called 'Ping pong' hangs out near hotel and would recommend - we booked for whole day to elephants, tribes, tigers, and temple on hill for about 1200 BHT (not including entrances) and she was very nice.

Room looked good at first, but then you realiise that it is mouldy in places, especially around the air con, this made us both feel quite ill, but room was really hot without air con at all. Room could do with a fan for this reason. We normally only use the aircon to cool the room doen for a bit before sleeping and during the day, but it was so horrible here, our throats suffered. Also the mozzie screen over the bathroom window was open upon arrival, so loads of the blighters in the room. First night was horrid, but after a big hunting and bug spraying session (and having closed the screen), the subsequent nights were much improved. Can be quite noisy due to tile floors and only one floor above the breakfast room.

Map given out by reception staff is really good.

Location is good, but confusing. We never quite worked out the best way to get to places, but always an adventure.

Due to trickiness of location and mouldyness I would not choose to stay here again. Maybe pay a bit more and stay at one of the places on a main street, or just off the main street, rather than in the maze of sois!

Room Tip: Maybe the new wing wont have the mould issues...

Very good hotel located in a quite street not very fair from the Night Bazaar and local attractions. The room that I had was nicely appointed with queen size bed, cable TV, A/C and on suite. The rooms were very clean and new and the staff were very obliging to all my requests. Breakfast was from a set menu, but you could ask for different choices and I was refused. The markets are a must see and I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Chiang Mai.

Great location, just off the main streets, go left out the hotel for wokorat market (pratice tao rai: how much, lod dai mai: can you do discount and kob kun ka: thank you :) go right out the hotel and you will go to the main town, huge night market and food court. Check out the walking market on a Sunday. As far as tours go do chiang mai tour and atv is very fun. Chaing rai one day was not worth time or money, we spent about 8 hours (no joke) of the day in the mini bus, we saw about four things for 20 minutes each -.-
Only fault with the hotel, was breakfast was abit frustrating, sometimes they serve you at the table, sometimes they just leave you waiting. But I would stay here again and recommend to anyone, enjoy :)

This is a perfectly acceptable budget hotel. Rooms are spacious (new block slightly better) and the reception staff are helpful once you get used to their very quiet manner. Breakfast was from a set menu with quite a limited choice but perfectly OK given the B & B price. The swimming pool is very small and located over the road, only really of use to cool down in.

Situated just outside the Old Town it is well located for exporing both this and the huge Chiang Mai evening market.
