We stayed for nights at this hotel and it was one of the best ones we stayed at during our trip. The room was huge! And the location of the hotel was a 10 minute walk from the old city which has more to see and do than you can do in a day. The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us book day trips and other activities we wanted to do while we were there. Breakfast was also included with our stay and it was a full buffet each morning. We even missed it by about 15 minutes the first morning and they made us fried eggs with toast fruit and whatever else we asked for (way above and beyond!!!) I would say the only downfall of this hotel was that the pool was freezing no matter what time of day. They need to heat it with a heater and not rely on the sun (at least not in October).

We get the wellness package(8 days 7 nights) and everything was perfect.
The reception manager miss AOM and miss SOM from the Deck1 restaurant was very helpful.
We tried differents kind of treatments and all was great.
Very good "souvenir" and ready to go back to Rarinjinda .

Nice place. Tranquil settings but if you're planning on being at the hotel from 10am to 7pm, forget it. They're renovating so expect loud grinding noises and frequent power cuts. The wifi was also very intermittent. It dropped our after each power cut and wasn't working for one entire evening during our 4 night stay. Very annoying when you're planning your trip and trying to check in online. We also found the concierge guy quite pushy and wasn't interested in our money so we booked elsewhere. He got really annoyed when we came back and told him we'd already booked. The staff aren't as friendly as most Thai places.

On the plus side, at least you get some of the qualities you would expect when paying this price fora hotel in Thailand. Good rooms overlooking the pool, free shuttle at 7pm to the night markets, welcome coconut drink, oil burner lit at night, complimentary fruit and bottled water. The breakfast is pretty good and the make pretty good coffee.

I had booked a package and it was well organized, the hotel nice boutique with all the nice surrounding of landscape. The restaurant it nice and the chef went and extra mile and prepared extra vegetarian set menu for me. Rooms are spacious clean the staff are very polite and helpful trying their best with their little English (I guess this needs some improvement English speaking).
The SPA amazing all the staff were very nice, however some of the SPA rooms need badly a makeover as well as the hydro pool needs a big makeover. The yoga teacher was amazing while her classes goes more into power yoga.
The hotel is close by of the night market and they provide the guests with a one-way complimentary transport.
All in all a nice stay and to be recommended

The RarinJinda Wellness Spa Resort is far from the night bazaar and the walking stree. It provides free shuttle to-fro the night bazaar. Staff members would reach out to do whatever they can to help you. I particularly like thier "can do" mentality. We have not heard a "no" throughout our stay. Room is spacious and clean. Although the pool-access room is nice (we did not stay in there) but I consider the one upstairs (the one that we stayed at) is more private and good value for money.

Room Tip: Although the pool-access room is nice (we did not stay in there) but I consider the one upstairs (th...

This hotel was adequate for what we wanted. As we were out and about most of the day, it met our expectation. Pool was small and quiet which was nice.

Breakfast was annoying because it was mostly Chinese food(70%), and mostly mainland Chinese guests(they were loud).

In the evenings, we could hear music playing from across the road(annoying sometimes) and people outside.

The room is clean and new but you can see across the other rooms if you have your curtains open. I knew that from the photos and didn't expect to spend too much time in the room anyway.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 204 and it was a corner room. Probably not the best room if you want quiet room.

Dear Nicky0125,

As early october is the Chinese National Holidays season where many Chinese travel outbound. Thus, chiang mai expects chinese tourists more proportionally than other nationalities. We apologize for the inconveniences this may caused.

Everything is as advertised. Beautiful hotel grounds very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are large and very clean. Staff is first rate and very helpful. Within walking distance of night market and several good restaurants close by. We will stay here whenever in Chaing Mai.
