After staying at some questionable (ie: hotels with bed bugs) hotels during my 6 weeks in Thailand, I really liked this hotel. Sure, the beds are a little hard and the floors are slippery, but it is CLEAN, NEW, and in a GREAT location. I stayed here for 5 nights.

I loved the decor of this hotel ... which was why I booked it - along with it being a new hotel. It was trendy and calming. BThe pool was nice for relaxing after temple touring in the afternoon. The free breakfast was nice - nothing fancy (and the same everyday) but it is always nice to have somewhere to come down to in the morning for something light to eat.

The staff were very helpful with booking tours and taxis.

I really enjoyed my time here, and I would come back if I am ever in Chiang Mai.

Room Tip: A room on the 3 floor gives you a view of one of the best temples in the area!

Pros:
In the middle of old town
Decor

Cons:
Noisy
Very hard mattresses
Breakfast
Slippery floors in bathrooms and rooms
Service
Very small pool

Overall:
Wouldn't stay there again, did not get a single night of good sleep as its far too noisy in there. The mattresses are as hard as rocks and me and my wife nearly fell twice as they have used gloss tiles on the bathroom floors, very dangerous when wet. Give it 2 out of 5 because they have made an effort with the decor but everything else need improvement.

First of all the reception is not good in English, I booked a deluxe twin bed room, and they gave me the standard king bed room, the shower is bad, the air conditioner is really noise, the wall is like a paper, u could hear every single step from upper floor, plus the noise from outside. But the room is clean and cheap.

The hotel is quite new and the front desk staff were excellent.

Room was very clean and fast wifi, which we needed for business.

Location is in the centre of the old city so don't expect to be near a lot of life after dark.

We spent 5 days at the Gallery and breakfast was the same every day with limited choices. Unfortunately they do not light the burners under the bain-mare so expect cold fried eggs unless they have recently been topped up.

Swimming pool was spotlessly clean but a little too cold as it only received a few hours of direct sun each day.

this hotel in only two months old so is very clean and new.I found the front desk staff very helpful and friendly constantly making arrangements with guests to visit places of interests.Rooms were a bit small and so not a lot of storage space if your traveling alot.Theres a small pool area out the back of the breakfast room.Breakfast was very basic and not alot to choose from especially if you were heading for a long day trip,The hotel is parallel to walking street which on a sunday has the biggest market in thailand and can take you hours to walk from start to end which is a must visit on a sunday.Over all this hotel is in the center of the old town beside all the tempels and great value for money.

Room Tip: back of hotel away from main street outside.
