My wife found this place and I was skeptical at first, until I saw the size of the room - which was very nice for the inexpensive price. This is a long-term stay hotel, although it's absolutely ok to stay just for a few days - the price goes way down if staying a whole month. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful and organized.
A few things though: I would like a more expanded kitchen, with a few cleaning supplies, and some plates, cups, microwave, etc. Apparently, we got the cheaper room and for a little more money there is a kitchen... After all, there is an excellent market is right around the corner. This hotel is a little far away, but still within the range of tuk tuks, or song tao's (spelled wrong), but as usual, bargain hard but fair. My wife walked from the hotel to TaiPai gate and back every day - about 40 minutes each way. Only one elevator... Bed was too hard for me, wife had no problems.
Don't miss: There is an amazing coffee shop which has won many awards for their coffee, about six blocks away - worth a visit. Akha Ama.More
