We have just had a one week stay at the Rachamankha and found it to be a quite beautiful hotel, and we feel sad to leave. Everything from the building with its lovely, unusual layout, to the staff, the pool, and the masseuses was fantastic. It's a little serene haven hidden away in bustling Chiang Mai. Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff. Breakfast was always a great start to the day and made a lovely peaceful change from the usual buffet, self-service type arrangements found in most hotels nowadays. We found we didn't need to eat again during the day after our gorgeous breakfast! The house-keeping was meticulous, as well as discreet and friendly.
If we have any negative comments it is that we only ate one evening in the restaurant and although the service was very good - it wasn't the best meal we had during our stay in Chiang Mai; and also the Internet was a bit patchy in the room. However these were very minor points in our otherwise wonderful week at the Rachamankha.
We would highly recommend this hotel.More
