We ate here a couple of nights ago and during the course of the meal decided to book again for the following night.

Excellent service. We were greeted with smiles all round and talked through the recommendations. We started with the papaya salad which was delicious, wonderfully fresh and zingy. We also had the fried garlic chicken to start which had a lovely deep flavour, despite the simple presentation.

For mains we were recommended the young coconut curry which we chose with chicken and the masaman curry, also with chicken. Both were excellent dishes, the masaman edged it just slightly.

The crushed fruit juice drinks are well worth trying and you can chose your spice level for each dish which is a nice touch.

In the end our two starters, two large mains and two fruit juices came to just over 300 baht, an absolute bargain. I'm a big eater and found the portions to be very generous.

Make sure you book ahead as it gets busy. It would be a crime to miss out on this restaurant during a visit to Chiang Mai!

Great little place. Everything is cooked from scratch and is DELICIOUS!!!

Very friendly staff although when we were there only one spoke English but since we scarfed down everything and craved more there wasn't any real language barrier.

We saw this on trip advisor but did not think of booking. Bit stupid as it is rated 2nd in Chiang Mai. When we got there they were booked however they said they could get us in an hour later, a lady came out and said it was awesome so we guessed it would be worth the wait and wow we were not disappointed. We had some recommendations from the lovely lady there. After eating at some restaurants and seeing the prices 3 out of 4 of us chose 2 mains each as we had had small portions in other restaurants. How silly we were the food wash absolutely delicious and the portions ample and with two ordered we ate as much as we could but there was far to much. Such amazing food, fabulous service so amazing and fantastic value. Do not go to Chiang Mai and miss this treasure. To avoid disappointment though do book.

I looked for restaurants on trip advisor to give friends a great meal on their first night in Thailand. This one was ranked #2 out of 1,300 in Chiang Mai, and was only .2 miles from out hotel. We wandered over, and were lucky enough to get the only table that wasn't reserved. We had four different dishes including the best panang any of of us had ever tried.

The restaurant is small, charming, and the owner's sister was doing most of the cooking at a small kitchen in front of us.

A free dessert of watermelon followed by lemongrass tea was served, and we will be going back for dinner or breakfast even though we are only here for 4 days.

After living in Thailand for 7 months, this is hands down some of the best, healthiest, and great value food we've had in this country. We've returned for multiple meals while staying in Chiang Mai.
