“Great find”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 12, 2013 via mobile

This is an excellent choice of restaurant. The food was superb and there was a reasonable wine list to choose from which is not common in Asia. Service could not be faulted.

“Outstanding food on Nimanhemin”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 16, 2013

What a surprise to find such a great place on Nimanhemin Road. We really enjoyed the food, wine and service in this recently opened restaurant. The chef does wonderful things with the local produce, the waiters are very well trained and the wine list is lovey. We will be back.

“Fantastic !”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 9, 2013

Having visited this restaurant the first time we were positively surprised about the outstanding quality of the food. The local chef Khun Oh has learnt his trade to perfection. A good variety of western dishes is accompanied by a good wine cellar.

“A new restaurant on the scene--”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 11, 2013

...and finding its way… A warm welcome on a quiet Sunday night to peculiar décor: a cross among Danish modern, ‘50s American attic/suburban, and funky. Seating is divided between booths and tables. Music is western and much too loud for farang diners. Service is attentive, but very few waiters speak English.
I ordered a pasta dish: shrimp-stuffed ravioli—and that’s exactly what I got, nothing more. Clearly (in retrospect!) it was meant as an entrée before the main course; nothing accompanied the dish. And it was meager—five small raviolis in a lobster cream sauce. Delicious, however, as was a glass of house white wine (a cabernet sauvignon). Still hungry, I ordered dessert: a macaroon topped with vanilla ice cream (“Hazlenut feeneesh!”) and a strawberry sauce—also delicious.
The bottom line: rather expensive (US$25) for a light meal, but well prepared. The house wine was a bargain at Bt.150.

“Well worth trying both for the food and the excellent value”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 11, 2013

Grassmarket's review says it all, so I will not go into details. This restaurant represents not only fine dining, but excellent value. It even has plenty of parking, in an area where parking is at a premium.
