Stayed here for three nights initially. The staff were amazing. Extremely helpful in every way. Rooms were clean, but a little bare. There's a great coffee shop right downstairs, but it doesn't offer fuller breakfasts, so you'll have to eat elsewhere. The location is great. Located in old city, you're a ten minute walk from all the bars, ten minute tuk tuk ride to the night market, and in an easily navigable place to venture out on motor bike to Tiger Kingdom or wherever.
If I had one complaint, it would be that the rooms do not block any sound out at all. They're right next to a busy road, so you will hear every car that passes. Make sure you ask for a room not facing the street, or make sure you're a sound sleeper.
Also, I asked to extend my stay one more night, and they graciously accommodated me for a rate even less than I booked on Agoda!
