Each person in our group got to choose four courses to make. Everyone made an individual portion so that it was totally hands on. No watching, just doing. Our instructor was friendly and funny. He was able to teach many things at the same time since there was more than one dish being created at once. He was able to accommodate a peanut allergy in our group too.
Don't eat a big lunch because there is A LOT of food! Also, bring wine and beer to enjoy during the cooking and eating.
Our group really had a great experience!
I got the recipes in email upon my return so I can make the dishes at home as well.
