I'll start with "lousy, a one-word description of this "boutique" hotel. Brand new building, and the elevator is, by design!, 8 steps up from the lobby. (Architecht needs his head examined.) No assistance offered by the hotel staff to get bags to the room. Then when the elevator gets to the designated floor, you're actually between floors, so again, you have 8 more steps to get to your floor (up or down, depending on when you learn that you can go one floor higher - except for the top floor - and walk down steps rather than up). Ridiculous.

WiFi was pretty good the first 2 days, then quit... Hotel staff argued with me that the WiFi was fine until I asked them to use it with their own mobile phones.. "Oh, looks like WiFi is not working..." Yes, that's what I am trying to tell you! As of one day later, the WiFi still does not work.

The phone in the room has no connection to the hotel staff. You cannot reach them using the phone in the room. I'm not sure what else to say about that except again, ridiculous.

I have a "deluxe" room. Sounds fancy, right? Well, a deluxe room comes with a desk for the TV and the coffee/tea service items, but no chair. I think to get a chair you must request a superior room or some such nonsense. Again, again, again, ridiculous. So I improvise and work with my computer on the bed.

My bathroom has some stench, the exact location of which I cannot pinpoint. It's sour... Like a baby's dirty diaper that has been sealed in a plastic bag and then opened... I just breathe through my mouth when I go in there.

Across the street they play loud music until fairly late, so sleeping early is sometimes out of the question...

If none of these things matter to you, the airconditioner works great, the location is great, and the place is reasonably clean. Other than that, I do not recommend wasting your money, even at the low price.
