This restaurant has one thing they do really, really well. So well that it got a full five/five rating from me, despite a couple minor shortcomings. The pancakes and french toast is excellent. On the downside, they are a tad pricey (given the somewhat meager serving) compared with the other menu items, though at under 100 baht, they are still reasonable. My recommendation is to get a side order of pancakes or french toast if you like big breakfasts like I do! Other set menu items are excellent, including their home-made bread that comes with their egg-based set items, which is topped only by their french toast and pancakes.
The atmosphere is pretty nice: especially the pleasant and garden-like outdoor seating. Wifi is available and free of charge for customers. And as an added bonus, they have a shiny and polished bathroom!
On another good note, the owner is heavily involved with local initiatives, and several local handicrafts are for sale there and go to a good cause. As a foreigner living in Chiang Mai, this is a place I come to a couple times a month.
