The hotel was again last minute deal. The front desk manager was good and offer an upgrade room for just extra 70Bhat. Though we have to pay for the breakfast that was HKD150 per person. Considering the image of holiday inn didn’t mind paying but the breakfast is below average and not much options or Asian cuisines.
The rooms are bigger than regular hotels. Concierge service was also good. Not very far from the riverside bar n restaurant and the riverside night market. Must try the mango sticky rice there.

We were greeted by having a room upgrade to a very nice corner suite. Very nice start to our weeks stay. Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. The front desk staff were very helpful and all were able to speak english and were able to assist me with any of my questions.

Room tip: include breakfast with booking. Breakfast is very good, lots of selections.

The rooms ( we stayed in river facing ones) are very good in terms of space. Very spacious rooms with almost all modern amenities in place. The hotel building though is a old property is very well maintained. The next good thing is the breakfast spread with a very good variety , selection of international and local cuisines with quite a few live counters. otherwise also the restaurant is quite reasonable with its good food and very reasonable pricing.

I stayed here during the lantern festival as part of a tour of Thailand as was very impressed with the hotel, beautiful lobby, very large rooms with nice views, staff were very helpful and breakfast was extensive. It is a little bit out of town - there are some restaurants, bars, spas and snack shops nearby and you can walk into town in about 20 minutes or get a tuk tuk.

Great service throughout the hotel. Welcome drinks and upgrade on arrival were nice.

However, we received an inconsistent level is service throughout our stay. Eg. Fromt desk informed us the hotel only offers soft/hard pillow. Called Instant service and received latex pillow in 15 mins.

Overall, good experience at the hotel.
