Stayed here for 4 night during a month long trip in Thailand. Very impressive hotel. Unbelievable value for money. The staff were lovely and booked all our trips for us. The hotel is located directly opposite the night bazaar. Would definitely stay here again.

Fell in love with Chaing Mai.. This Hotel was perfect . Location was right in the heart of the night bazzar which is very good and close to many restaurants and bars ,but you didnt hear a thing at night from the street .Breakfast was nice with a lot to choose from with lovely fresh fruit.. The Staff are excelent i dont think i opened the hotel door once for myself. even the maids are happy and ask how your stay is . they even have parking wardens outside and when it was raining one night cross the road and stop the traffic and put a unbrella over you and walk you to the hotel door .. All in all loved and will be returning soon .. thanks to all hotel staff for a wonderfull stay

Wife and I stayed here for 2 nights four our quick excursion to Chiang Mai. Staff is very friendly and resourceful, and always eager to help. The hotel itself has seen some renovations but still feels a bit dated in some areas, though we feel this just adds character. Our room was on the 6th floor which could feel a bit warm during the daylight hours, but the room was spacious and clean. Bed was a bit hard for us, but it didn't keep us from getting rest!

The hotel is situated right in the mix of the night bazaar, which is a really neat experience. It's close to several good food options, many of which open later in the day. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the old city which has our favorite - the morning market. It's also only about 10 minutes from the airport via taxi.

In all, we were pleased with our stay. Sure, there are likely nicer and newer hotels in the area, but this one had a good price and great location for all that WE had in mind.

We stayed here for 4 nights and I was really impressed. Staff were lovely and friendly from the moment we arrived. The rooms had been renovated and were large and airy. The beds are a little hard but this is more a personal issue than the hotels.
Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice without going overboard and the restaurant had a lovely minty smell, quite unusual!
The location is fantastic, step outside and you are pretty much in the centre of it all. Plenty of restaurants and little bars to choose from.
Betty at the tour desk was helpful and not at all pushy and she helped us arrange a last minute afternoon tour.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone, especially for the location. It was faultless.

Nothing bad to say about this hotel. It is in a great location right outside the night bazaar, rooms are relatively big and the cost was about average for the location. Staff was very helpful and when they put us in a smoking room, offered to move us the next day, but miraculously, we never smelled smoke in the room at all, so we never moved.

Would recommend this place for a family.

Room Tip: Ensure you call before check in to ensure a non-smoking room.

It was our first visit to Chiang Mai and I was travelling with young children so I wanted a place close to the city. We stayed a total of 8 nights and honestly there's very little not to like about this place. The staff were helpful, checkin was a breeze, check out was also quite fuss free. We got a room that had no view but it was fine cos' we didn't hear a sound from the night markets either! They provided a bottle of free mineral water everyday and even extra towels. The rooms came with a bathtub which was a plus for our young kids. The breakfast spread was also very good although dishes were repeatedly the same. It was fine with us. Location of the hotel was excellent. Across the road from the entrance of the hotel, was a restaurant called The Kitchen which served pretty decent pizzas which was a good option for our picky kids. If you needed any milk, or ice cream there are not one but three 7-elevens within walking distance. One across the road, one within less than 1 min walking distance. Night bazaar stalls are everywhere.. Policemen are always ready to help tourists cross the busy roads..

When checking out, there was an extra charge on my room bill and upon clarifying they removed it and gave me a revised bill which was fine. It happens anywhere.

I booked the Exec Plus room via Agoda and was not informed that free airport transfers came with the room so I was thankful to have called the hotel directly to check on this. However going back our flight was at 1130am and we had to be at the airport (which is a 10 min drive away) only at 930am, but the hotel free trnsport was not available at that hour. Their scedule was 830am, 10am... etc. So be sure to check that schedules or end up paying 150thb for a public transportation.

If you are intending to swim do note that the pool is 1.45m to 2.5m - not suitable for young kids or early swimmers. They however provide you with swim boards.

Room Tip: Swimming Pool is on 2nd floor so ask for other floors if you want to avoid too many human traffic he...
