I had to book this one last minute on AirBnb and it didn't disappoint. First of all it's super affordable. Also the location is superb. All of the hip places of One Nimman is in the 5 minute walk. The staff is friendly and nice. They offered us early check in free of charge. And finally, room interior will make all of your Instagram followers jealous.

Upon check in, we found that assigned room type was different from what I booked. However, I had no choice to take the room since hotel is fully booked. I was very disappointed and not happy. However, front desk staff Mr. Lam explained very politely what caused this trouble in fluent English to me and helped to make a call to customer service of booking centre to report this problem. He is very professional and hard working. He has a good skill of problem solving and communication with customers. Because of his help, I could have a pleasant stay in the hotel. Breakfast were good. There are some Thai dairy special. Staffs in a restaurant were also friendly and maintain cleanliness very well.

Cool, Trendy, Affordable hotel. Most importantly the staff was GREAT!!!! They were extremely friendly and helpful. Nok the girl at the front desk went above and beyond making great restaurant recommendations. She even looked up the hours and gave us directions! Give her a raise!!!!!
The elevator has glass doors so you can she every floor as you pass it. Plus every floor is themed differently so it’s pretty cool. Small pool area on the first floor hood to just chill and vibe out. Mini bar in the front lobby as well!
Honestly you can’t go wrong staying here

Had a great time staying at this hotel. The staffs were amazing! Great customer service! The staffs were so friendly and super nice. The front desks were always willing to help, especially Nok (นก). She went above and beyond to help us find find our restaurants and other activities. This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to many places and cafes. We would definitely come back to this hotel!

The room is small but has lots of facilities. It has a TV, two beds, and a bathroom. The bed may be too high for someone who is short, but it is very comfortable. Last but not least, breakfast is okay, but it can be better by having more choices of food.
