Do yourself a favor and visit Dash! The setting is just lovely. The 2 stores old teak house is picture perfect at night with twinkling lights and the garden seating option is lovely too. Efficient and courteous service, lovely food (banana blossom salad was superb) and so affordable given level of service and setting. Highly recommended and I will be back.

We ate here this evening and wanted so desperately to splash out on a meal in Chaing Mai. The service is great, the owner who is very fluent is both language and charm sat us at the bar for a few minutes whilst other guests finished their meals. The building is great with a lovely buzz when full. Unfortunately the food is oh so mediocre, very peculiar interpretations of Thai food. Perhaps we chose badly but one can't help but think this place could be brilliant with a little more attention to the food.

I had dinner with a couple of mates I met in Bangkok and we all agreed that it was the best restaurant so far. The hamburger was delicious. And what to think about the mango cheesecake, blessing! Service was good, if you come a bit later the owner, who is a nice guy who speaks fluent English, puts on some nice tunes.

Payed 400baht, which includes a tip. Definitely worth it.
