Totally gorgeous charming accommodating friendly fun place to stay especially for a group, great food, friendly and efficient staff, able to provide anything at short notice, it didnt feel like tourist accommodation especially like the design of the place with open plan office/pool/dining area made for great socialising for agroup

Stay in the heart of Chiangmai , very cozy and comfortable feel like at home but private room. Stunning with pool and decorative oriental retro style. Homeowner warm wellcome and serves specialties. Next time i need to catch a ride with the bike for this city sure.

What an amazing stay at Seven Senses! We stayed in the newly decorated I-San room which was lovely with the bath too. All the staff are so helpful and really friendly, big thanks to Jan who helped us with advice on where to go and with taxis etc.
Location is fab if you want to be close to the old town & is on a quiet road. You order breakfast the night before which is fine but be warned the portions are huge! If you do get chance to eat lunch here, do as the chefs food is great!
If ever we are in Chiang MAI again I will definately stay again it finished off our honeymoon amazingly!

1) location really good, close to ChiangMai old town square (15min walk) and Maya shopping center (20); easili accespible by car; unfortunatelly street is quite busy; all surroindings are full of rabish (why Thai people do not clean it)!
2) quality of the rooms is rather typically Thai - often looks nicer then in fact is; really do not understand why in guesthouse someone equips room with tube with hydromassage; noone uses, it is not practical and looks dirty inside;
3) we experiencee 2 rooms - Ayuthaya and ChiangMai; first - really horrible; no real window, bathrooms with no roof; second one - nicer, more specious, what we've seen the nicest in gh
4) rooms are cleaned everyday, but never fully cleaned;
5) excellent!! Beakfasts and not only; many dishes from manu is more than recommended! Papaya salad, best in Chiang Mai!
6) overall service - really good, always welcomes you with juice/ drink;) always helpful;
