Very convenient situation in Chiang Mai with room comfortable enough to make you feel like home.

No restaurant In this place but a nice coffee and local restaurant is accessible within a short distance of walk. You can also rent a motorbike from the Hoyle which is very convient.

It's a perfect budget hotel !

Koko Palm Inn is the place to be in Chiang Mai. The hotel is a little jewel in the center of town, a perfect location for the Sunday night market! The rooms are very cozy, typical Thai style with kitchen facilities and a large semi-outdoor shower/toilet in the backyard. Free internet and the relaxing atmosphere makes you feel at home. The owner is a very sweet and helpful person. Excellent value for money! Best place we've stayed during our holiday in Thailand! A must!!!

Don't look further for a place to stay in Chiang Mai. The rooms are enormous, well equipped and the hotel is close to all the buzz. You'll need a 20min walk to the night market but it's worth it for the price you pay.
Two small cons though: no credit card payment so have some cash and there was no option for breakfast when we were there. But altogether it is a 5 out of 5. Helpful owners even if they do not speak much English but they will do everything to make your stay pleasant.
