First off the staff were amongst the nicest in Chiang Mai! After that it's downhill from there.
The rooms have paper thin walls and were not clean. I found other peoples (plural) hair on the pillows. The dust level on the headboard was a bit thick for my liking :-/
On the bright side they were quite reasonable, the Woman running the Cooking program is super sweet and the Veggie Buffet is legendary and worth every ounce of it's $3 price tag.
I give this place a 4 out of ten and would recommend a major overhaul of all rooms before next season.
