Where do I start? This is an extraordinary hotel. The staff were superb, the location is great - within easy walking distance to pretty much everything Chiangmai is famous for - the breakfasts were amongst the best we have had in Asia. The pool and common areas are beautiful as are the rooms. All for a very reasonable price. Lots of restaurant choices in the immediate area and, if you are so inclined, hours and hours of urban exploring in the old city right outside the hotel.
