For anyone wanting to stay close to the airport and yet not too far from the City, then this hotel is a little oasis.
The rooms are more than spacious, the en suite bathrooms are large with separate shower and Bath.
The bedroom was lovely with large comfortable beds. the en suite living room was equally well presented and over all, this mini suite was excellent value for money.
The staff in particular were so nice.

Room tip: All rooms are good

Disgusting, what a horrible hotel. I can´t believe what just happened:

I was lying in bed when I discovered a HUGE BLOOD SPOT, as big as my hand, on the blanket I was lying under already. GROWSE! The worse thing is that the cleaners must have known, because they put sheets on it. It was so big they couldn't miss it.
I went directly to the cleaners to show them and ask for a new one. They took the dirty one and never brought a new one. So after some hours I went to reception to ask for a new blanket AGAIN.....
After half an hour I still didn't have a new clean blanket, and I wanted to go to sleep. I called reception and asked AGAIN (3d time). Instead of an excuse, both receptionists where laughing really loud and said the cleaners went home already, so bad luck for me. My irritation level was stressed to its limit and I insisted she arranged it for me, I didn't care about her lame reason and I surely didn't appreciate to be laughed at.
So security came to my room and ripped off the blanket of a bed in another room... WHICH WAS FILLED WITH BROWN SPOTS AGAIN. I just threw the thing in the corner and slept without blanket.

I need to share this with everybody, to make sure nobody has to go through this like I did. Please do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. What an pathetic excuse of an hotel, DON'T EVER STAY HERE!

Stayed here overnight, as it is a stones throw from the Airport. For the price 990 Baht, is is tremendous value, has nice rooms and things you would expect in a 3-4 star hotel, in room safe, full bath, breakfast, and free shuttle to Airport. Friendly staff good ambiance. Near to Airport Central Plaza, a big place. [--]

Its comfortable, its affordable and its friendly. The 3 best words I can think of to define this lovely hotel.
Its not a 5 star so dont expect huge rooms, and fancy lights. But what it lacks in expense, it makes up for with hospitable staff and very comfortable rooms. Spacious with comfortable beds and sofas, the rooms are neatly laid out. The staff are very friendly and accomodating, although just a few of them speak english but they are what thailand is all about, helpful and hospitable.
Its just across the street from Robinson Airport Plaza Mall and just a few mins from the airport. Breakfast buffet is quite standard but appetizing. A little salon in the reception available and internet in the lobby. A small pool with cool refreshing water cleaned daily.
I have stayed here twice already and prefer it to the 5 star hotels I have tried in Chiang Mai.
This is the place for me.

Room tip: Give it a try, you must like it.
