“The place to eat in Chiang Mai”
Reviewed February 19, 2013

You can't come to Chiang Mai and not eat at this place...this is the definition of local food. You must end your meal with Mango Sticky rice!

“Ignore The Moaners It's Great Fun With Great Products”
Reviewed February 13, 2013

Look people of course they sell knock off's the quality of which ranges from as good as those genuine articles (after all many of these are items ARE made in the same factories!) and those slightly less than top quality but at a slightly less than top quality price! Of course there are also lots of local products many of which are very interesting. Sure you have to barter but that is part of the fun. What ever they start at offer way less, less than half their suggestion, they will act hurt by your suggestion but believe me you will both do fine out of the final deal. Personally the quality of the good I purchased was superior to most of the stuff I buy in shops back home at a fraction of the price!

“Not bad for a change”
Reviewed February 10, 2013

Not too sure is it because of Sunday, the night bazaar is not packed, but it ok for me.

While looking for a place to have dinner, decided to try at this place

They used coupon system to pay for the food, pls make sure to purchase the coupon first
Quite thoughtful in term of hygiene, you can "wash" the fork, spoon, in the boiling water.

Lots of selection of the food, I have eaten chicken sa-tay and noodle (pork), quality is not too bad, and quite interesting in term of the taste, the sa-tay is kind of different from where I come from, but still good, the noodle is fantastic, but if dont like sweet taste, you can skip this

If you like to make some changes in term of choice of food, can try this place, and not expensive.

“Skip this one...”
Reviewed February 9, 2013

unless you just have morbid curiosity. The merchandise is just cheap knock-offs and the prices are not so good. Instead stay the weekend and go to the Saturday Walking Market (Wua Lai Road). The deals at the Wua Lai Road Market are fantastic, the selection is great, and this is where the locals go to shop. Be sure to go between 5 and 7 (after which it is too crowded to walk)
