With the best location in Chiang Mai, this hotel must be one of the best. I was so suprise when I reach the room. It's very big, clean and beautiful but so cheap. There are lots of nice restaurants, pubs, shops and ect. around the hotel. I really love this hotel.More

I stayed for 2 nights on my business trip. Hotel provided good service (meets standard).
I didn't bother with maids as seen from some previous comment.
Biggest disappointment was the breakfast. I think they can provide more quality in breakfast.

A serviced apartment in a not so touristy location,many restaurants around it and not too far from city center.Really affordable.

Stayed there for 1 month renting a serviced apartment. The location is good, just near Nimmanhaemin road. However the service was one of the worst ever experienced. The maid is finishing cleaning the room in less than 5 minutes, and when you ask for an additional towel they want to charge you 100 baht per day in rental. Since it is a serviced apartment you pay the electricity charges which were almost 7000 baht for one month.

Very well located at the middle of Nimman Road.Lots of restaurants & cafe nearby. Tesco Lotus right below the hotel. Simple & modern room, lots of wardrobe space, free wifi & LAN. Comfortable beds but some pillows a bit lumpy & harden. Nice bathroom. Shower water pressure is not very good.
Overall it's a nice place to stay.

My wife and I made a last minute decision to stay here for 4 nights in March. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel (well it's more of a serviced apartment) was clean and modern. Our room was large with a clean bathroom and free Wi-Fi. The included breakfast was very good but mostly geared towards Asian guests. The location of this hotel is wonderful. It's right on Niman... Rd. which is a little less touristy than the old city but still quite lively. Lot's of great restaurants and a vibrant (non-sleazy) nightlife. It's close to the airport, Chiang Mai University, and Doi Sutep. There are a few amenities... we noticed a place for facials and a small gym but nothing special. Those looking for a resort atmosphere should go elsewhere. Chiang Mai has many 5 star options for those willing to pay. However, if you just want a clean room at a decent price in a good area then this is for you.
