This is a good little resort, which we found to be ideal for a short break. The staff is very friendly, helpful and will assist you gladly. Our rooms were very clean, big, and well maintained. The pool area is small but tranquil. The spa is beautiful but expensive. Food was good: breakfast had everything you would want - excellent omelettes. We also tried the lunch buffet and dinner buffets, which were again very good. Far enough out of the city to avoid the hustle and bustle yet close enough to get there quickly. We found the resort to be very relaxing and plan to return again later in the year.

Stayed for four nights. Having never been to Chaing Mai before we had no idea what to except. Not only did we love the town we loved the hotel. It was perfect, friendly staff lovely rooms and close to the night market, would highly recommend it!

This resort is not only beautiful, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The security guard and front office staff like Jai and Kung made efforts to make us feel at home. I was served a cold drink as I just got back from town and had to use the lobby wifi. Restaurant staff were also very cheerful and brought our orders to the table instead of making us wait. Truly it is the 'heartware' that makes this hotel different. One feedback for management to consider free wifi in the rooms as well so we won't be bitten by the mosquitoes as we connect our wifi at night.

This resort is not locate at the city but neat the railway station, We used to walk from the hotel to the night blazer, it's took about 30 minutes by walk. Environment in the resort is excellent, quite quite and not much tour so you could enjoy everything in relax.

Staff have good memory and nice attitude. We checked in at this first day afternoon but since the room is not ready for us yet so we went out and come back at night around 10 p.m. Two of the staff stand at the lobby and waiting for us come back.

However, when you stay at this hotel, do not always open the balcony and room door, because there are so many mosquito at the garden. Overall, the experience is good and feel comfortable during the stay.

Siripanna Villa Resort & Spa is a little out from Chiang mai city only 20 minute walk. the staff are lovely & always ready to help. the rooms were big and lovely, lovely breakfast! calm & relaxing swimming pool & nice studio gym. my experience at this hotel was lovely & quite for the first 3 days in Chiang Mai after a long flight & very busy stay in Bangkok the first 2 days.
i had a spa massage @ Siripanna Villa Resort & Spa and it was just lovely & money well spent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who just wants to unwind and relax a bit before they start there other adventures of chiang mai!!

By far the nicest place I stayed in my travels through SEA. The resort was chosen as it was on special at the time when I was there. It was ideal for relaxing with the best spa I've ever been too in my life. Food was good not great and the room was off the charts nice. As a solo traveler It was not the most ideal location or centrally located. With the prices of taxi's or a tuk tuk it was well worth for this luxurious place. Each night that I wanted to go to the center of the city transportation was provided for free by the resort. Staff was great. I have no complaints other than the location. Top notch resort!!!!

Have a wonderful stay in this resort. Although it is a little out of place versus resorts/hotels located in the city centre, there are regular shuttle bus and available tuks-tuks, taxis and vans outside the resort. A request for a taxi through the front desk and arrived within 10 minutes is very comfortable for us as well.

A little improvement perhaps, to allow Lobby SSID Wireless connectivity across the gym as the connection is very strictly in the lobby, although the gym is just beside the lobby. One of the gym's machine handle is broken and I could not move the handle. At times, guests might want to listen to their own music while excising in the gym. Another point, the lobby is FULL of mosquitoes and in less than one minute, I have 3 bites and it is really not a enjoyable experience staying in the lobby. The morning food that is located near the water area, which serves the porridge table have many many houseflies hovering on the food. We avoid the food, the lobby most of the time so not too bad for us.

Other than that, the stuff is full of smile and welcome us at every point we pass by them, even the security guard is always friendly. The room is always clean when we are back from our walk. We stayed in a luxurious bedroom with a huge bathtub that my wife love so much. The balcony is very nice but we avoid it as we are very afraid of the mosquitoes that we experience in the lobby. Front desk is always available and the whole place is full of tranquility and peace. It was very nice to walk around as the place is full of beautiful plants and lovely birds chipping. The swimming pool is nice and the food is above average (avoid the food that is near the water area, beside the egg section).

All in all, a very good stay if one can avoid some parts of the area that needs improvement. Once the improvement has been made, I believe this will be Chiang Mai best resort stay that anyone can experience.
