I selected this hotel for a small group I was taking around Thailand on a phototour to show them some real Thai hospitality. I was not dissapointed. The hotel is small and nothing flashy but the atmosphere is great. The rooms are not large but adequate, the beds comfy and bathrooms clean and functional. You do not go here for the 5 star experience, you go for the intimate, homey feel with wonderful staff, good breakfast and pleasant ambience. Location, whilst, not right in the centre is walking distance to hundreds of bars, restaurants and shops and only a short taxi ride to the night bazaar. There is also a HUGE Sunday market a few minutes walk away (but only on Sundays, silly). Overall a great place to stay for modest but extremely comfortable stay in Chiang Mai.More
