“Great location and service for the price”
Reviewed February 16, 2010

My wife and I stayed at Na Inn for a total of about 4 nights when we were in Chiang Mai in November. The rate is excellent considering you get a very clean room, a good bed, TV, and most importantly a clean shower with consistently hot water and a curb around the shower so you don't end up with water all over the bathroom floor (a problem with a lot of places that became pretty annoying). The Inn is located on a quiet street inside the old city walls, but within 10 minutes walking to most of the main Wats, and the night markets. The Sunday Walking Market (which is amazing) is literally right outside the door on....you guessed it, Sundays. There is a coffee shop at the end of the street, a motorbike rental next door, AND laundry on the other side of the Inn. It has everything. We returned to Chiang Mai after our first 3 nights and did not hesitate to stay again. Oh...internet access was excellent and free, as was coffee and toast in the morning.

Stayed 2 blocks of 2 nights each in between Mae Hong Son loop excursion. Great value for money; clean, friendly, good location. Stored one of our backpacks for free whilst we were away. Free Wi-Fi as well although signal is a bit weak in the upper rooms.

we arrived at the Na Inn and were very pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were for the reasonable price of 650 bhat per night. there has TV with lots of stations, a large refridgerator, two couches, coffee tables, a closet, and bathroom with a shower that wasn't directly over the toilet. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the location was walking distance to the night bazaar as well as to some really great restaurants and old city hot spots. I'd hands down recommend this place to travelers.

We stayed at Na Inn for a few nights while visiting Chiang Mai and we were very pleased with the quality of the hostel. The room was spacious, nicely appointed and spotless and the hotel staff cleaned it each day. We particularly liked the fact that we had a fridge in the room and that there is a convenience store downstairs complete with hot water kettle. Toast and coffee in the morning was a bonus too...all in all, great value for a very comfortable place to stay!

The Na Inn was not a bad experience but if you go want a little charm, you wont find it here. The rooms are average, two beds and a table, average cleanliness, with the pro of having a refrigerator in case you need it for beverages. Our room had a balcony, though its noisy outside so you really don't enjoy the not-so-bad not-so-far view of the top of an ancient temple. Location: not far away from the main streets (4-6 blocks) and in a calm neighborhood (not as the streets that are at the other side of the city's walls in which the 'red' streets are located). Some not-very-famous but well preserved temples are nearby. The staff is small and you barely notice them (or they barely notice you). They have hot coffee and bread in the entrance in the mornings.
In synthesis: not bad, not charm, useful, not bad located, not pricey.

The hotel is centrally located, clean and with friendly staff. The hotel also has a convenience store which is handy if you want to grab some beer, chips or water. A basic breakfast is included. Great stay, would definitely stay there again.
