Stayed in the single room.
The room just basic and not as good atmosphere as the photos on official website.
No towels and hair dryer provided. Room in ground floor is sometimes noisy with dogs barking at nights. Maybe stay in the upper floor is better. The staff was not that welcoming.
But the location is real good which only takes 5 minutes walk to ta pae gate.

Room Tip: Better ask for upper floor rooms.

An excellent location near the East Gate making all the major attractions easy to get to on foot. The A/C room was very large, spotlessly clean and simply decorated, whilst the shower en suite was a good size. Free wifi which worked well. There are many bars and restaurants to choose from literally next door. The owner was very friendly and welcoming despite a slight language barrier. Some street noise but you have to expect this, given the central location.

Room Tip: Pay a bit more for a deluxe room on the 1st floor as it is well worth it.

I stayed for one night at this place and the room was spacious enough and very clean. The bathroom was not that huge but quite typical for Asian guesthouse with shower next to toilet. The location was very good with bars restaurants and everything you need around.
There is nothing bad to write about for 700thb per night/ double room for single use.
For breakfast I can recommend angels secret a little bit down the small street of the hostel. The food massage next door was very good too for the price.

We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed our time. We stayed In the 3 person room with shared bathroom. Very basic but fit our needs fine! It is very close to the old city gate and less than 5 min walk to the Sunday walking street! The Kafe and coffee shop located right next to the hostel were great for relaxing after a long day in the sun! There is also a great and cheap massage place next door that is worth a visit! The owner was extremely helpful with bookings!

Everything about this guesthouse was very good: location in center of Chiang Mai (east gate of old city), room spacious and clean. Lady of the house was incredibly friendly and charming as well. English was a bit difficult for her but she tried hard and always with a smile. After a day of being busy with all that Chiang Mai has to offer taking a nice shower is something we think most people would want. The shower in this guesthouse however, though private, was just not up to par. Using an electric boiler, water pressure for warm water beam was very small and thus not very pleasant for things like washing hair. The fact that the shower is not closed off from the rest of the bathroom makes it even worse since everything gets wet.

All in all a very good stay for people with low shower standards, mediocre for those with higher standards,

We didn't have any room when we arrived in Chiang Maï...and it was during a big Thaï festival (Loy Khratong)! All the guest houses we went were fully booked. And we were lucky, the owner of this place told us she had one more room, for 600 baths/night (fan, not air conditioning), and it was perfect. Very well located, the owner was very very helpful, and even it was hot, with the fan it was ok.
