We found Little Home to be just perfect for what we were looking for comfortable clean rooms at a reasonable price within walking distance of all the main attractions in Chang Mai. The Owners were also very friendly and welcoming.

There are so many guesthouses in Chiang Mai that it can become very tedious searching round, after looking at several GH we decided on here.
The staff were very friendly but didnt speak english(i believe the lady that does was on holiday) this wasnt a problem as we got everything sorted apart from when she did our washing, all our whites came back with yellow dye all over them, of course when we tried to explain this she didnt understand, alittle frustrating.
The room was nice but noisey at night and another thing worth mentioning is that the prices for activities here were on par with the cheapest in town.
All in all ok for the money but you can get better.

We found it right at the beginning of the small village and we were lucky enough to find the last free room. The room in itself was nothing special but we appreciated much the kindness and the help of the owner who put the two beds together in order to make a big bed out for us. Unfortunately his kitchen had closed already (8 o'clock pm a bit too early)!!!!! But he suggested a small place just in front of the hotel where we could have our dinner!!!!!! He gave us a very detailed map of the area and explained a lot of things with an english good enough!! (which is very unusual for that village)!!!!!
