From the moment our family arrived at this quaint little hotel we felt valued as guests. The owners are very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were comfortable with free wifi and air conditioning and the pancakes for breakfast were delicious. It is a little way out of town but they offer a free shuttle either by bus or boat down the Ping River. I would definitely stay here again should I happen to travel to Chiang Mai again.

Villa Pee Seua is situated just outside Chang Mai. The hotel is very relaxed with pool and riverside gardens. The room was more than adequate, clean and spacious. We stayed here with our two children for three nights and were made to feel very welcome from the moment we walked through the door. What mostly surprised us was the level of service offerd by the staff. The owner of the hotel, Prae pointed us to great local restaurants & places of interest, arranged taxi's and even helped us plan the continuation of our journey....
Stay here and you won't be dissapointed!!!

Big thank you Prae!

Bloody excellent place, set in a beautiful spot on the ping river. Our family stayed in the 3 bedroom villa in may 2013. Prae and the staff are excellent and very helpful. Even though Villa San Pee-Seua is in an out of the location, there is no problem at all in getting into the old city. They have a complementary bus twice a day there, and if those times dont suit you you can still can the bus when every you want for 150 baht, and also arrange a time or just ring and he will come and pick you up and take you back for the same price. The breakfast there is great, but the other meals are a bit limited, still there are options to ordered food to be delivered. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

We enjoyed one week at Villa San Pee-Seua and it all starts with Prae who is an amazing hostess. She really goes out of her way to make your stay as perfect as possible. Always friendly and cheerful, she offered excellent knowledgeable suggestions as to dining and all the sites of interest in Chiang Mai and the surrounding area. The room was spotless and very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The breakfasts were wonderful and offered a wide variety (yogurt, meats, eggs, toasts, fruits, juices, coffees) to satisfy everyone's preferences. Prae's extra effort really makes this htel special and you really begin to feel very comfortable and at home within a day of your stay. It really did make the Thailan experience all that much more enjoyable for us...thank you very much Prae for all your help ...we hope to be back soon Daniela, Mauro, Mina and Romeo

We spent 5 nights here. The hotel arranged for us to be picked up free of charge. The room was clean and beautifully presented with a balcony over looking the river and mountains. I have worked in a few different five star hotels and non of them come close to the service we received at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and so well organised. The manager Prae was great. she helped us organise everything we wanted to do in Chiang Mai and even drove us to a restaurant one night so we didn't have to get a taxi.I really can't think of one negative thing in regards to the Villa San Pee. I would recommend anyone coming to Chiang Mai to stay here. They would serve our food where ever we wanted, by the river on our balcony or in the communal area. The pancakes are the best we have ever tasted so if you do stay please try them!

Room Tip: Go for the room with the balcony over looking the river.
