I was concerned to read about the issue you mentioned in your review regarding your room. Upon investigation, I found that your booker contact hotel in advance to strongly requested of Twin beds which is only avaliable in Superior room original room that you've been booked. However, as you wanted to stay in the bigger room, our staff did complimentary room upgrade to Deluxe room as a gesture of goodwill.
Your comments regarding our breakfast buffet are appreciated and have been noted and shared with our Food and Beverage Manager. In a sustainability effort to minimize our food waste, we provide different kinds of fresh breads & Danishes, yoghurts, fruit juices, fresh fruits and a salad bar on the buffet line. Guests can then order from a choice of 6 signature egg dishes, 4 different Asian dishes and 6 vegetarian options off our à la carte menu cooked à la minute and to your liking. Guests are welcome to order as many dishes as they like at no extra cost.
In addition, your comment regarding bed too comfy has also been shared with our Housekeeping team in order to help improve to our guests. I have also shared your feedback with the relevant departments regarding the friendliness of our staff.
